WISER was developed as an educational and outreach initiative of BioTown™ USA.   WISER exists and operates through support from a group of dedicated organizations who share the BioTown™ vision for economic development through sustainable energy strategies. These organizations not only support WISER and the BioTown™ USA concept financially, but also work closely with us to help make this vision a reality.

Our member organizations are committed to sustainable energy development, and are led by experienced professionals who deal with sustainable energy issues on a daily basis.
